Metal detector find from South Yorkshire via ebay. Seller described image thus: (left) goose (?) regardant, gorged with ducal coronet, with wings addorsed and dexter claw upon a frame lozenge shaped; (right) on a mount, a fire beacon.
Is that your family's crest? I wish it was mine! (And I wish I knew stuff like that...)
